After the completion of the initial assessment, research, virtual prototype and brochure, we undertake to publicize and license your product.
MEDIA & INTERNET PUBLICITY
Our experienced Media Department will issue online press releases and aggressively contact newspapers, magazines, and other periodicals to gain exposure for your product. In addition, all of our client’s press releases are published at InventionPublicity.com for constant and instant accessibility. Finally, in addition to the publication of your virtual prototype at Virtual-Prototype.com, and the publication of your product press release at InventionPublicity.com, our in-house Webmaster will provide further exposure for your concept by producing your personalized product Web page and publishing it at SellIdea.com. Interested manufacturers who have registered with us can browse the on-line catalogue of inventions, organized by category, at SellIdea.com.
TARGETED COMPANY AND LICENSEE CAMPAIGN
Our Licensing Department will assign a personal Licensing Agent to spearhead your project. Your personal Licensing Agent will compile a list of target companies which may have interest in your concept. Each of these companies will be provided with access to your Product Presentation Brochure and Virtual Prototype where applicable, and invited to contact us for additional information about your invention. Should any of them demonstrate even the slightest interest, the head of our Licensing Department will step in to assist your assigned Licensing Agent and to follow-up with that company immediately on your behalf. You will receive quarterly reports detailing each company contacted and any progress that may have resulted.
LICENSING NEGOTIATIONS
If a company expresses serious interest in your idea, we will provide all negotiation on your behalf. Securing a licensing agreement is a complicated process. We will be in your corner, assuring that you receive the best possible licensing terms for your new invention.
